The Top 5 Fat Loss Mistakes


                                



With so much misinformation and scams running through the Internet, you do not really know what to believe. People trying to lose body fat were misled into believing the lies of the weight loss industry. Therefore, I put together the top 5 fat loss mistakes made by people. They are here:


1. People stop eating


The most common error for weight loss mistake is to think that hunger will speed up the results. Today, people still feel that eating less is better. By starving but it opens the door to sabotage your weight loss goals. The reason for this is that your cortisol levels go up when you deprive your body of food.  



And when that happens, the fat remains, muscle atrophy and low metabolism making it much more difficult for you to be able to get the results you want.

The solution to this problem is to eat a good diet consisting of the proper ratio of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) at the right time of day. By doing this, you will increase your metabolism and burn more body fat.


2. Remove the fat from your diet


When people hear the word "fat" they immediately think they need to stay as far away from them as much as possible. "Infomercials" I even heard that you need to starve the fat to lose fat by not eating.


The truth about fat, however, is that not all fats are equal. Fats, such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids (which are rich in omega-3) can actually help reduce body fat and are essential for fat loss, energy production, brain function and even life!  



If you restrict fat from your diet completely, your body will not be able to burn fat stores now work properly or not at all. Therefore, it takes two steps instead of advancing backwards.


                               



3. Focus on Counting Calories


How many calories should I eat to lose weight? This is one of the most common questions when it comes to losing weight. While calories are important, counting only lead to stress. In addition, it is necessary to consider for them as long as you keep track of the quantities of food throughout the day.


So instead of focusing on the good consumption ratio amounts of macronutrients throughout the day and I guarantee it will decrease body fat and get the results you deserve.


4. Too much emphasis on weight loss pills


Although there are supplements that are beneficial to help with your dieting efforts by giving you more energy and suppress appetite, people still feel you just take a pill is all it takes to achieve your fat loss goals! Because of this belief, most people end up victims marketing strategies giant supplements companies.


I met someone who was able to lose weight just by taking a pill. The facts are that you need a good diet with the right proportions of macronutrients, with a good exercise program designed to boost your metabolism. Belly fat will not go away by itself or by taking pills to lose weight on a daily basis. Otherwise, everyone would look great.


5. Focusing on perfection


When people cheat on their diet, they tend to fall completely wagon. What I mean by that is if they cheat on a Tuesday, they will make excuses and stop dieting for a week. They say words like "back in the swing of things on Monday," or "a couple of days of junk food not hurt."


The words above are the best. What usually happens when someone is blowing your diet is to never return. They put so much emphasis on it is perfect to give up everything. These are things that continue to smoke and should be avoided at all costs if you achieve your fat loss goals!



 If you fall off the wagon in a meal, be sure to return in the next! Focus on consistency, not perfection.
