4 Rules - How to Lose Fat and Get a Flat Stomach by Eating Healthy

Many people underestimate the importance of your diet when investigating how to lose fat and get a flat stomach. Do you know that you can lose weight without exercise, simply by changing your diet?

I do not recommend you follow one of these plans "miracles". I guarantee that you will lose interest in these plans and I wonder why you do not get results.

I will not lie. It will take effort to get a flat stomach and lose fat. But if you follow these 4 rules on how to lose fat and get a flat stomach, you'll be on your way to achieving your goal to get a nice flat stomach.

1. Avoid bad carbs
All carbohydrates are not bad. Carbohydrates that fall within the category of "bad" are considered "white." These include bread, rice, breaded fried foods, pasta, cereals and potatoes.

I know it is possible to love many of the items listed. But the consumption of these foods prevent you from getting a flat stomach and lose fat. To get a flat stomach, you should avoid these types of carbohydrates as much as possible.

If you have had a full meal of these types of carbohydrates, most likely to feel heavy, swollen, or slow. This is exactly what white carbohydrates do to you. If you feel like that outside, imagine what happens inside, which prevents your goal to lose fat and get a flat stomach.

2. Find good food and rehearsal
People who maintain a successful diet eat the same foods over and over again. Meals are a combination that works and helps to get a flat stomach, and repeated 2-3 times a week. This builds a routine for them to follow, taking the guesswork that foods help you lose fat. They must find a way to lose fat by eating the right foods.

Train their meal by choosing an item from each of these three groups: protein and vegetables. It is imperative that you choose one of each, and keep it simple. And eat as much of each as you like. You can not have too much of a good thing if you want to lose fat and get a flat stomach.

3. Do not drink unnecessary calories
Many drinks on the market today claim to be healthy. Sports drinks, flavored water "smart" and 100% juice can be healthy. But they all contain a lot of calories for not much you make. Did you know that 8 ounces of Gatorade has 50 calories and 14 grams of sugar? Most have 32 oz bottles!

The point here is that if your goal is to lose fat, you should skip those unnecessary calories. Instead, drink water if you want to get a flat stomach. Eat only the calories they contain real nutrients.

4. Provide free food day
Choose one day a week to eat what you want. This is true, I say that if you want to lose fat and get a flat stomach, you should pig one day a week.

Why? Because it will ensure that your metabolic rate is not suitable for a low calorie diet. If your body realizes you are trying to lose fat by caloric restriction, it will be adjusted as needed. You must keep your body guessing, and a dramatic increase in caloric intake will do just that.

These four rules would go against everything you've read about how to lose fat and get a flat stomach. But this conventional wisdom is that holds more than half of the obese population.
