Lose Fat From Your Butt



A common problem people encounter when they start gaining weight is fat that is stored around your donkey or the donkey. Most people find it very difficult to eliminate the accumulation of fat in certain areas of your body, like fats accumulated in your face, thighs, buttocks, abdomen and hips.

5) Do not forget to exercise

6) Some exercises that can help you lose fat from your butt / back are:
- cardio exercises such as running, jogging, walking.- Crouching - Make low-impact exercises like running on the treadmill, stair climbing, running uphill, swimming and 

   surfing.- high-impact aerobics- strength training

7) Eat a balanced diet, it is one of the best ways to prevent weight gain and fat. A balanced diet consists of:
- carbohydrates - protein - fats - vitamins and minerals 

- fiber

Remember not to consume too much of them though. Moderation is still very important. What you have to do is just the right proportion admission of the above mentioned items.
