The New Fat-Burning Equation: Cut Your Workout Time in Half and Get Twice the Fat Loss Results

If all you've been told about weight loss and change your body is actually causing the weight gain over the long term? New fat loss research is very clear. To lose weight and create the sustainable transformation of the body, you need to change the two most important things that affect the way your body burns fat.

Here are some of the most important concepts to consider as you go about the work in the body of the summer. Yes, you read that right. Summer will be here sooner than you think.

Intensity, intensity, intensity
It's okay. The main reason why most people who lose weight end up gaining the weight back because enough changes at the cellular level of the different systems that affect fat burning are created. I call it "physiological adaptations."

To improve the efficiency of fat burning system of your body, you must change the efficiency of the oxygen delivery system, extracting oxygen from blood cells, hormone signaling, and efficiency during your liver to convert stored body fat into fatty acids and delivery to working muscles.

Sounds complicated, right? Well, it is a very complicated process. However, the most important thing you can do to influence this process is to form a very high intensity. This means high intensity cardio and intense weight training.

Now I know that some people will have a problem to digest because they are still stuck in the old way of thinking. Remember the "fat burning zone" is still in most treadmills and cardio machines? Forget it. Remember the old theory of "long, slow distance" to lose weight?

Forget it. Jeter all these old ideas on how to burn fat or exercise to lose weight. The only word to remember is "intensity". The hard you train, the more "physiological adaptations" they create . This is what improves the effectiveness of their fat burning systems.

So let's take weight loss as an example. The dominant theory of weight loss "vs. calorie out". You hear all the time. Reduce the amount of calories you eat to create a calorie deficit and eventually you will lose weight. While this strategy may lead to loss weight, most people will end up gaining the weight back when they eat more calories than they burn This puts you in the endless cycle of weight loss. - weight gain, which ultimately makes difficult to lose weight.

Under the new approach, however, which is supported by a wealth of published research, some of which I quoted in my book, you can forget about losing weight all together. A number of these studies, the two things that most affect significantly the burning of body fat is your body composition and level of fitness.

Fat Loss compared to weight loss

When most people diet to lose weight, they will lose a lot of water, a little muscle and fat. Furthermore, during the formation of changing body composition and fitness level of intense weight training and high intensity cardio, the end result will be to improve the efficiency of their fat burning systems

By this I mean the efficiency of oxygen supply to the body, the extraction of oxygen from the blood cells, hormone signaling, and of course the efficiency of the liver to convert stored fat fatty acids provides working muscles.

These are the kind of internal changes that will help you get and stay slim without worrying about counting calories because your body burns more calories at rest and during and after your workouts.

Is it not a better place than you constantly worry about counting calories or points of every day?

So here is the new equation of burning fat. This applies if you are trying to lose weight or not. Lorries most intense cardio will change your body composition and fitness level, which in turn create "physiological adaptations" important cellular level. This will create a more efficient environment fat burning, which ultimately leads to the conversion of the body.

When dieting to lose weight, you only changing the body weight temporarily, not its composition (fat to muscle ratio). To create significant changes in its internal systems, however, it puts you in a different league. And research is very clear that trained athletes burn fat more efficiently and burn more inexperienced.

Besides looking lean, another advantage of training hard is that you can get better results in half the time. Isn't that worth something?
