Lose fat and gain muscle. Can you really do this together?

There are a lot of conflicting information out there about it, so it's time you learned the truth about the issue "lose the gain of muscle mass."


1. You can maintain muscle mass while losing fat.


If the plan in the right way and make strength training a part of your approach to fat loss, then you can maintain or even gain some muscle while losing fat.
