How to Lose 2 Pounds A Week - Try Aerobic Exercises

If you are looking to lose weight fast - how to lose 2-3 pounds in a week, then the best way is through aerobic exercises. Perform aerobic exercise is a great way to get in shape quickly, help burn calories quickly. To lose 1 pound of fat, you must burn 3,500 more calories than you normally burn each day.

Now you can make your own calculations. To burn two pounds in a week, you have to lose nearly 7,000 extra calories over a period of seven days, the equivalent of burning about 1,000 extra calories a day. If you ask me, this is a bit too much and I do not advise it.  


My advice is to go a little slow with weight loss. If you try to lose too much weight too quickly, you could damage his health. The doctor may advise you what exercises to do and how much you earn, depending on age, current weight, health status, etc.
Running, jogging or walking are great exercises to lose a few pounds in a week. If a person who weighs 150 pounds has a duration of one hour, you will burn about 500 calories. But running for an hour is almost impossible for people who are not accustomed to it. 


 If you do not have the habit of running and want to start now, try to jog for 10 or 15 minutes. Once you're comfortable with it, you can work longer. Remember that you never try to excess. If you feel a lot of trouble during execution or after completing a 10-minute session, then maybe you should reduce the amount of time it runs. 

 You force yourself to not work if you feel out of breath. If you are not comfortable with the operation and managed by the moderate pace would be a good alternative.
